I'm having trouble downloading and viewing your ebooks and digital reports. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Reader installed, available for free at

Also, first try to right-click on the download link and save the file to your computer; then, double-click on the downloaded file to open it.

If you're still having problems, try deleting your internet temporary files. And, as a last resort, try rebooting your computer.

If you're on a dial-up connection, depending on the size of the file you're trying to download and view, it may take several minutes to complete the download.
